Some of you who are using America Online to browse the internet may notice that some graphics and photos look kinda fuzzy. There is a way that you can help fix that, but you need to change your preferences.

Its very easy! Don't be scared! :)

There are so many different versions of AOL out now, that I cannot list instructions specific for each version. However, if you follow the instructions, it should work for all versions! If you need help, just email me and I will be more than happy to help you out!

1. First, type in keyword: preferences.

2. A window should come up with some options.
You want to choose Internet Properties.

3. Another little window should come up.
There should be a tab that says Web Graphics. Click on that tab.

4. There should be a question about AOL compressing your graphics.
This is a no-no! Make sure the box is UNchecked! You do NOT want compressed graphics!

5. Click on Apply, then OK.
